It consist of many diet recipes that are good and healthy for your body. Paleolithic diet also called “Stone Age Diet” or “Cave man diet is a diet that emulates the eating habits of man in the paleolithic age, when he was a hunter -gatherer. This book will give you answers to all your queries and give you insights into the Paleo philosophy.

This was an excellent read and I enjoyed it very much.
The recipes as seen in the book are wuick and easy to make, and that is for me what made it even a better book than every other paleo book I have read. THis time, well this time I went aheaad and tried to prepare the meals. Deliciious!
As someone who is always trying to eat healthier I picked up this book. I wanted to really go back to basics and stay as far away from preservatives and additives as possible. I am really glad I picked up this cookbook. It allowed me make several healthy meals and move even further away from the unnatural modern day diet that exists all around us everyday. The instructions are easy to follow and the food produced by following them is taste. Which is also an added bonus.
